Shahid Law Firm has acted as legal advisor to Talaat Moustafa Group Saudi (TMG) on its preliminary agreement with ROSHN Group, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, to establish a joint venture aimed at exploring and developing a large-scale mixed-use community in Riyadh.
The planned development will feature over 55,000 residential units alongside a broad selection of commercial, hospitality, healthcare, educational, and entertainment assets.
The legal team advising TMG was led by Shahid Law Firm's Managing Partner Girgis Abd El-Shahid and Counsel Moustafa Raouf.
