KLA has announced the appointment of Muhammad Arif Saeed as Partner, leading the firm's M&A, Commercial & Projects practice.
With more than 30 years of corporate and commercial law experience, Saeed advises major international clients on complex cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring and reorganizations, and regulatory matters across various sectors.
Before joining KLA, Saeed held senior positions across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East, including Partner and Head of Corporate/Commercial Practice at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, in association with Aldhabaan & Partners, and Partner at Al Tamimi & Company in Riyadh. He also served as Regional General Counsel at Eaton Industries Middle East LLC.
His appointment strengthens KLA's M&A, commercial, and projects capabilities, bringing extensive experience in complex transactions and strategic corporate matters.
