Ahmed Kotb has been appointed Managing Partner of Khodeir & Partners, succeeding the firm's Founder, Mohamed Khodeir.
Founded in 2019 by Mohamed Khodeir and Ahmed Kotb, Khodeir & Partners has expanded into a firm of over 50 legal professionals, serving a diverse client base across the Middle East and international markets.
Mohamed Khodeir commented: "I am proud to hand over the management of the firm to Ahmed Kotb — my co-founder and one of the firm's key pillars. Ahmed has been instrumental in building our disputes practice and has shared significant management responsibilities throughout our journey, most recently overseeing our association in the UAE with MAA.
With almost two decades of regional experience, Ahmed brings the leadership, judgment, and vision to guide the firm through its next phase. Mohamed will continue as a Founding Partner, focused on strategic growth and leading the firm's Family Business, Shareholders' Conflicts, and Mediation practice.
