Zaki Hashem Law Firm has advised East Lane Partners (ELP) on its acquisition of a significant stake in Haj Arafa. The firm acted as lead counsel to ELP, advising on all aspects of the transaction.
The investment is expected to support Haj Arafa's next phase of growth, including the development of a new and larger production facility, expansion of its product portfolio across natural foods and adjacent categories, further growth of its retail footprint, and continued investment in technology across its operations, supply chain and sales functions.
