The Corporate Group, Ahmed AlRaeesi Advocates & Legal Consultants, and China-based Win Long Guangdong Law Firm have entered into a strategic memorandum of understanding to strengthen legal, corporate, compliance and advisory support for businesses operating between China and the UAE and the wider GCC region.
The MOU was formalised in Guangzhou, China, by Ayman Al Awadhi, Group Managing Director of TCG, and Prof. Mao Delong, Chairman, Group Management, WLG. The collaboration is intended to support companies seeking to establish or expand operations across the two regions amid growing trade and investment ties between China and the GCC.
Under the cooperation framework, the three parties will provide coordinated support covering company formation, corporate structuring, market entry strategies, regulatory compliance, business advisory and cross-border expansion.
