Dr. Habib Al Mulla, Founder of Habib Al Mulla and Partners, has joined the Emirates Thinkers (Mufakiru Al Emarat) platform, contributing his legal expertise to the national initiative.
Launched by the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research (ECSSR), Emirates Thinkers brings together Emirati thinkers, researchers and experts across strategic fields, with the aim of advancing intellectual dialogue and strengthening the contribution of national expertise to the UAE's development. The initiative has addressed areas including education, national identity, artificial intelligence, future technologies and sustainability.
Dr. Al Mulla brings more than four decades of experience in the UAE legal sector and has played a significant role in the development of the country's legal and regulatory landscape, including the establishment of the legal framework of the Dubai International Financial Centre.
In announcing his participation, Dr. Al Mulla said he looked forward to contributing to and enriching the platform's content.
