How to Submit
For Firms: Taking Part in the Research Cycle
Submissions inform research — they do not guarantee placement or a specific Band.
Step 1 — Register Interest
Firms confirm which practice area(s) and jurisdiction(s) they wish to be considered in for the current research cycle.
Step 2 — Complete the Research Questionnaire
Firm and practice area overview (team size, structure, recent growth); a matter list of notable work handled in the review period (value, complexity, and role on the matter); key lawyer biographies for those to be considered individually.
Step 3 — Provide Client References
Firms supply client contacts who are willing to be interviewed confidentially.
Step 4 — Research Interviews
The research team conducts confidential interviews with client referees and market peers.
Step 5 — Factual Accuracy Review
Firms receive their draft profile to check facts only — not to negotiate the Band or ranking outcome.
Step 6 — Publication
Rankings, Bands, and profiles publish at the end of the research cycle.
